Coaching is an important part of the IGSL experience. Students meet once a week in “iron-sharpening groups” to discuss leadership and other personal concerns, with a member of the faculty serving as coach. Iron-sharpening groups also provide space for students to de-compress from the demands of academics through sports, leisure activities, and fellowship.
IGSL students have conducted a series of leadership workshops at the Philippine Military Academy and the Philippine National Police Academy. In this photo, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between IGSL, PMA, and PNPA to formalize the commitment of these institutions to help each other achieve their transformational goals.
