The Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Effectiveness program proceeds in three phases.
First, participants are guided through a personal audit to reflect on their gifting, leadership styles, spiritual life, ministry experience, and calling.
Second, participants engage in a process of life and ministry direction setting, establishing personal life goals in spiritual development, leadership ability, and future ministry.
Third, participants attend classes and participate in mentored learning experiences tailored to their own long-term goals and objectives as leaders. While each participant’s program will be personalized, a primary focus for all will be the intentional reproduction of a new generation of Christian leaders within one’s denomination, cluster of churches, or parachurch organization.
