Rosa Pardue has been serving at IGSL as a Partners in Ministry (PIM) faculty since 1999 and as a counselor since 2008. She also led Iron Sharpening Groups of PIM students from 1999 to 2014. 

Together with her husband, Frank, she served in Davao, Philippines in church-planting, from 1984 until 1999. Her ministry experience includes women’s ministry, education (elementary and adult levels) and counseling in various churches and Christian institutions in Davao and Manila. From 2014-2019 Rosa and Frank have been serving as the International Ministries Directors for the Asia/Pacific region for an organization that works in more than 60 countries.   

Rosa is a certified Elementary Teacher with the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (Texas, USA) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. 

As a counselor, Rosa is grateful for the opportunity to walk with individuals and couples through a unique discipleship and growth process. She finds great satisfaction in seeing people set free from issues that have bound them, stolen their joy, and negatively impacted their relationships. 

Rosa and Frank are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren. Rosa enjoys a variety of hobbies including reading, cooking, watercolor painting, and snorkeling. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with family.
