Dr. Teody Pajaron has been ministering as a full-time staff with Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC) for more than 41 years. He pioneered FamiliyLife Philippines together with his wife in 1996, and he is currently serving as its president and executive director. He is also a core member of the Family Track of 4/14 Pilipinas and the Family Challenge of Transform World SEA.
He was the recipient of the Spiritual Leadership Award among the first graduates of International School of Theology-Asia in 1984. Dr. Pajaron has also completed basic and advanced modules of Dialogue Education by Global Learning Partners. Moreover, he is a Competent Toastmaster (CTM) and a Birkman International licensed consultant.
He co-authored Parenting Teens with his wife as well as contributed in the books 100 Ways to Live the Word and Legacy: One Man to Another. He also wrote a dissertation on “Developing Christian Men for Leadership in Evangelism and Church Growth in Philippine Context.”
Dr. Pajaron is married to Evelyn, and they have two grown children, Charissa and Hesedel. They have also been blessed with three grandchildren. He plays basketball regularly and climbs up mountains. He and his wife have reached the peaks of Mt. Apo in Mindanao, Pico de Loro in Cavite, and Gulugod Baboy in Batangas.
